Hurricanes Get Hot As They Head Into Region Play

Louisburg Baseball picked up it's 7th win the last ten contests with a 6-2 victory over Wake Tech on the road Wednesday night. The Canes (17-10) put up 9 hits behind a solid start on the mound from Zack Devon. Devon threw 5.0 innings giving up only 1 hit, 1 run, 4 walks, and striking out five. 

Leading the Canes' offense was Harley Davidson who was 2 for 4 while driving in 2 runs, and Zach Moore who was also 2 for 4. Moore scored twice and had one RBI. 

Louisburg will travel to South Carolina this weekend as they open up Region play with a four-game series against Spartanburg Methodist.
